45% of employers plan to give Christmas bonuses to employees – survey

Forty-five percent of employers plan to give Christmas bonuses to employees, according to a survey by the Randstad Research Institute in cooperation with Gfk. No Christmas activities are planned by 14% of companies. Compared to 2021, the value of Christmas bonuses per employee will increase.

A total of 43% of companies organize Christmas parties at the workplace.

A total of 32% of companies intend to give employees gift certificates, and 23% want to give employees and their families Christmas gifts.
