A total of 62% of Poles use at least one loyalty program, according to ARC Market and Opinion Loyalty Programs Monitor 2022. Respondents are more likely to use, among other things, discounts or rewards for points than in previous years.

The percentage of people using loyalty programs in Poland has stabilized, the survey authors note. Currently, 64% of women and 59% of men use the programs. According to consumers, the biggest advantage of the program is the opportunity to receive a discount or reward for the purchase of products or services, while the biggest disadvantage is the low value of points.
