Most Polish developers expect apartment prices to remain stable in the coming months, according to the latest Developer Sentiment Index by Tabelaofert.pl. About 76.7% of developers foresee stable prices, while 5.8% now expect declines, up from 2.5% a month earlier. Some companies worry that tensions in the Middle East could slow or halt interest rate cuts and push inflation higher. At the same time, expectations among buyers differ.

A survey by IBRIS shows 38% of customers expect housing prices to continue rising, compared with only 17.5% of developers. Meanwhile, 58% of developers anticipate higher apartment sales in the coming months, although opinions about market conditions are becoming more divided. Overall, developers still expect price growth, but at a slower pace.
