7R launches second Łódź scheme
Developer 7R has launched construction work on its 7R Park Łódź West logistics park project in Konstantynów Łódzki in the Łódź area. The scheme will comprise a total of 32,000 sqm in two buildings and has already got the first tenant. Alrec In-Store has leased approximately 14,000 sqm at the development with the transaction having been brokered by Axi Immo. 7R Park Łódź West is 7R’s second investment in central Poland. The company earlier launched its 7R City Flex Łódź I project there.
