Auto Partner leased 42,000 m2 of space in MLP Bieruń West
Auto Partner has leased 42,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at MLP Bieruń West in Upper Silesia, including about 600 sqm of offices. The deal is MLP Group’s largest lease of 2026. The logistics park, which will offer 56,300 sqm when complete, is already about 75% leased despite still being under construction. MLP plans to hand over the space in September 2027. The lease expands a partnership dating to 2016 and makes Bieruń the auto-parts distributor’s fourth MLP Group location.
Auto Partner also operates at MLP sites in Poznań, Pruszków and Zgorzelec. The new facility will use mezzanines and very narrow aisle systems to increase storage capacity and improve picking and distribution.
