7R sees demand for urban warehouse space
Developer 7R has announced that two of the urban logistics projects that are part of its 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics program – 7R City Flex Szczecin and 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport – have already been fully leased out. 7R City Flex Szczecin comprises 11,000 sqm of space and has attracted such tenants as Artisanal Tapas, Grupa Kapitałowa Specjał and Agata Meble. 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport, which will be completed in the third quarter of this year, will deliver 9,500 sqm. Its tenants will include Bufab Poland and Odyssey.
