7R to build more Gdańsk warehouse space
Developer 7R is planning its 7R Park Gdańsk II project in Kowale near Gdańsk, which will offer a total of approximately 61,000 sqm of leasable space in three buildings. One of them will a BTS (build-to-suit) property sized 12,500 sqm that will be occupied by logistics operator Rohlig SUUS Logistics and is scheduled to be completed in August next year. 7R has to date built two warehouse schemes in the Gdańsk area: 7R Park Gdańsk and 7R City Flex Gdańsk Airport.
