Vilda Unique, the newest, fourth investment by the French developer in Poznań will be built in the Wilda district, right next to its border with the Old Town.

"The location is certainly attractive for people who value easy access to city services, trade or gastronomic offer, convenient transport connections, as well as the atmosphere of the Poznań Old Town," Cezary Grabowski, sales and marketing director of Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said.

Vilda Unique is an intimate investment. The building will contain only 69 apartments, including 38 studios, with an area of 29 sqm.

"The proximity of the center and the type of apartments are strong arguments for those investors who are looking for projects that stand out on the market, both for short-term and long-term rental. What is also important, real estate in such locations is gaining in value," Cezary Grabowski added.

The building will also include two-room apartments with an area of 34-47 sqm, and three-room apartments with an area of 55-62 sqm. Additionally, on the first floor, gardens have been designed from the inside. The project provides for a total of 70 parking spaces – in the underground garage and on level 0, as well as a bicycle room. There will also be one commercial space on the ground floor of the building.
