It is an active year for a well-known developer who has been operating in Warsaw for 30 years. This year ACCIONA is completing two residential projects and handing them over to customers (AR4 in Miasteczko Wilanów and the U-City Residence estate). The U-City Residence estate is located in the Warsaw Ursus-Gołąbki district. The construction of the estate began in February 2020. The completion of construction works and the formal completion of the construction log are planned for the end of July 2021.

As part of the U-City Residence estate, six multi-family, detached low-rise buildings with a total of 171 apartments were built. The project is located in the residential part of the Ursus district – Gołąbki, with an idyllic suburb. The main advantages of this area are low-rise buildings, green surroundings, numerous playgrounds, parks, schools, kindergartens, and nurseries. The nearby, developed infrastructure allows you to reach the center of Warsaw in 20 minutes (both by car and by Mazovian railways). It is not only the location that distinguishes this project from other housing estates in the Ursus district but also the architecture. A clean form, well-lit flats, and planned greenery will complete the project. The estate is characterized by unconventional architecture. The estate was designed by the world-famous Kuryłowicz & Associates architectural studio.
