AFI Poland preparing further developments in real estate, including mixed-use projects
AFI Poland is preparing further expansion on the Polish real estate market, focusing on PRS, mixed-use projects, and premium apartments for sale. The company plans to grow in Poland’s largest cities and is also considering entering new agglomerations.
Its strategy is centered on multifunctional urban projects that combine housing, offices, services, and public space. Key developments include Towarowa22 in Warsaw, AFI Bohema, and AFI Home Metro Szwedzka. AFI also plans a new project in Wrocław.
The company is returning to apartments for sale, starting with a 125-meter premium residential tower at Towarowa22, developed with Echo Investment. The wider Towarowa22 project already includes the fully leased AFI Office House, with tenants such as Netflix, Maersk, Crowe, and Emagine, while construction continues on the 150-meter AFI Tower.
