In Żerań (northern part of Warsaw), at ul. Łopianowa, a residential building with a rather unusual appearance appeared. It is distinguished by a stepped form of the facade. The top view is reminiscent of a zigzag. This distinctive feature can be easily seen as the construction of the 5-story building has recently been completed. Now the façade, interior plasters, as well as interior, electrical and sanitary installations are performed. The final effect will be visible in the spring of 2021.
The investment is carried out by Bouygues Immobilier Polska, a developer that is well-known and respected in Warsaw. The project is called Alinea, which means "indentation" in French. The name refers directly to the shape of the body formed by ingeniously arranged, spacious balconies.
“They belong to most apartments and are designed in such a way that they do not border each other. Designers focused on originality and functionality. We have planned gardens on the ground floor,” Cezary Grabowski, marketing and sales director at Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said.
There are 75 apartments in the building, with areas ranging from 26-90 sqm. Layouts from one to four rooms have been selected, so that everyone can find something suited to their needs. Within similar apartment areas, many different variants of the room layout have been designed.
