Allegro Pay service exceeds 2 mln active users
Allegro Pay has over 2 million active users, with nearly 90% having made purchases through the service. In Q1 2023, it financed PLN 2.1 billion, covering over 14% of Allegro's sales. The service addresses common online shopping barriers by offering secure transactions and flexible payment options, supporting both everyday and occasional purchases. Most users are aged 30-49 and value financial stability. Allegro Pay boasts a high customer satisfaction score (NPS of 94).
It allows installment payments and provides users with detailed transaction and repayment information. Allegro is Poland’s top e-commerce platform, owned by Cinven, Permira, and Mid Europa, and listed on the WIG20 index since 2020.
