We present to you a one-of-a-kind competition for women operating in the real estate, construction and logistics industry in Poland who were successful or distinguished themselves from others last year.

The shortlist of candidates will be announced by May 10, 2026.

The jury will evaluate both specific achievements and specific skills. We will honor women from almost all areas of real estate, construction and logistics, including architecture, engineering, development, sales, brokerage, marketing and sustainability.

Top Woman in Real Estate is a competition prepared by an independent Program Council. The awards will be presented by a Jury composed of authorities in the real estate, construction and logistics industries. Those selected for the shortlist will take part in an internet user vote in an additional special category, People's Choice – Online Voting.

The aim of the competition is to recognize women and companies supporting women, promote them, and disseminate good practices and business relationships in the industry.

Competition entries will be additionally rewarded for identifying achievements in the area of conducting responsible business and implementing ESG activities, i.e. environmental protection, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance, as well as diversity and inclusion.
