Arche looking to build hotel complex in former Bialystock barracks
Developer Arche is revitalizing a historic former military garrison in Białystok, where the Arche Garnizon Hotel complex is under construction and expected to open in the third quarter of this year. The project will preserve several historic buildings, including former stables, a jail, and a kitchen, while adding new hotel facilities with about 200 rooms. The complex will also feature restaurants, service spaces, a conference hall, a SPA, and an inner courtyard designed for cultural and event activities. One historic wing will host a foundation that runs workshops and a bakery employing people with disabilities.
The project combines hospitality, social initiatives, and public space, and the investor intends the complex to be open not only to guests but also to local residents.
