Arche no longer plans investments exclusively for residential
Grupa Arche announced it will stop launching purely residential projects and gradually phase out traditional housing development. Instead, the company plans to focus on tourism, hotels, mixed-use developments, and revitalization projects in less obvious locations. According to COO Adam Białas, the future belongs to hybrid developments combining hotel, residential, office, retail, and social functions rather than single-purpose districts that become empty after work hours.
The company wants to avoid overcrowded tourist resorts and invest in smaller towns such as Łochów and Janów Podlaski, where tourism projects can support local economies and create jobs. Arche believes Poland’s tourism sector has strong long-term growth potential, with tourism’s share of GDP potentially doubling over the next decade. The company also sees opportunities in the growing MICE sector, including conferences, business events, and congress tourism.
