Archicom opens showroom in Warsaw
Archicom, Echo Investment Group’s residential developer, is opening a showroom spanning more than 800 sq m at Warsaw’s Modern Mokotów development. Located in the Taurus office building, Archicom Pod Klucz will offer three fully furnished apartment displays, a premium section, and a materials library. Customers can consult architects and explore products from dozens of brands, including Samsung, Bosch, and Barlinek.
The showroom supports Archicom’s expansion beyond apartment sales into financing, interior design, finishing, and furnishings. Its opening coincides with the launch of sales for Modern Mokotów’s fifth phase, comprising 119 apartments measuring 34–123 sq m and six commercial units. The development will ultimately deliver more than 1,400 homes.
