Atal buys companies from Budner Group to build in Tri-City for PLN 133.5 mln
Listed developer Atal will acquire several real estate companies from the Budner Group for PLN 133.5 mln, significantly expanding its presence in the Tricity area. The deal will allow Atal to build residential projects with a total usable area of about 70,000 square meters, pending approval from UOKiK.
Atal is already active in eight major Polish cities and sees strong demand in the Tricity market from both homebuyers and investors. The acquisition will diversify and enlarge its portfolio in the region.
In 2025, Atal reported revenue of PLN 1.267 bln and net profit of PLN 223.3 mln, with most profits planned for shareholder dividends.
