Atal introduces another 96 apartments in Chojny Park investment in Łódź
WSE-listed developer Atal has started selling the fifth stage of the Chojny Park investment in Łódź, under which two buildings with 96 apartments will be built, the company said.
“Prices per 1 sqm start from PLN 5,500 gross. The fifth stage of the Chojny Park estate consists of two buildings and the apartments’ areas range from 35.57 to 95.69 sqm. There are premises of various layouts – from functional studios to spacious four-room apartments,” the release reads.
The planned date of commissioning the next stage of the Chojny Park investment is the fourth quarter of 2021.
