Atal launches new residential project in Łódź
Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Atal has launched sales in the first phase of its Nowe Miasto Polesie residential project in Łódź. In this phase of the scheme the company will build a total of 142 apartments in four buildings, which are scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2021. Atal is currently also selling units in two other housing developments in the city: Apartamenty Drewnowska 43 and Pomorska Park. The developer is now also active in Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław, Warsaw, the Tri-city and Poznań.
