Atal expects apartment sales in the third quarter of 2026 to remain close to the 908 units sold in the second quarter, while fourth-quarter sales could approach 1,000 units. CEO Zbigniew Juroszek said the developer’s revised business model, focused on selling completed or nearly completed apartments, is beginning to deliver results. Atal believes customers can better assess value and quality when units are physically finished rather than sold at an early construction stage.

The company plans to continue this strategy and aims to reach roughly 1,000 apartment sales per quarter next year. Longer term, Atal also wants annual apartment handovers to match sales at about 4,000 units.
