Aurec Capital acquires 'Puławska 186' investment for over PLN 100 mln

Aurec Capital Poland bought the ‘Puławska 18’ investment from Matexi Polska, in which more than 200 apartments for rent will be built. The advisor on the purchase was said JLL.
The investment located in Warsaw's Mokotów at Ulica Puławska 186 is another property that will be added to the portfolio of apartments for rent under the LivUp brand. The investor is currently finalizing work on the Jagiellońska 36 project, and nearly 90 premises located in Warsaw's Praga Północ will go to the rental market this autumn, it was announced.
"Our strategy assumes the choice of locations that will be attractive in terms of communication and provide easy access to the city's main business centers. We also try to ensure that the buildings we invest in are embedded in the existing and well-functioning local urban fabric, which we want to co-create through our activities. We believe in the development potential of this sector in Poland,” Roee Shamir, the managing director of Aurec Capital Poland, said.
Similar to previous transactions of this type, also ‘Puławska 186’ was purchased in the forward funding model, which means that the buyer of the property is also the party financing the investment process. The entire project, from the development side until its completion at the turn of 2021/22, will be carried out by Matexi Polska.
