Specialist Insurer Beazley, Guidewire Software, a company offering an IT platform for the insurance sector, enabling business operations, innovation and development, and Sollers Consulting, a partner in the Guidewire PartnerConnect consulting program, announced that Beazley has successfully completed a transformation program in the field of claims settlement, operated by Guidewire ClaimCenter.
The ClaimCenter platform is now fully integrated with the London Market Electronic Claims File Write-Back (ECF) system. Beazley and Guidewire have put a lot of effort together into the development of ClaimCenter functionality, supporting the handling of specific claims processes on the London specialist insurance market (the so-called London Market). They provide both syndicates and insurance companies operating on the London Market with many benefits of sharing electronic claim data via the ECF Writeback system. In practice, this means a more complete collection of previously agreed data, transparency, personalized damage views and a much shorter damage handling cycle.
