Belgian developer Alides Polska is expanding its presence in Warsaw after acquiring the former Perun Factory site in the Kamionek district. The project will redevelop the historic industrial complex while preserving its landmark halls and adding new residential and commercial spaces. The plan includes seven residential buildings with 242 apartments, about 2,000 square meters of retail and service space, and a public courtyard centered around the restored structures. The company finalized the acquisition in January 2026 and is now preparing the construction schedule.

The redevelopment follows Alides’ strategy of transforming postindustrial sites into sustainable urban areas. Warsaw has become a key market for the developer, which is also launching new housing projects and exploring further investments in Poland’s largest cities.
