EQT Real Estate has signed a lease agreement with online luxury fashion platform BESTSECRET for 108,000 square meters at EQT Park Poznań Żerniki, in one of the largest warehouse leasing transactions completed in Poland this year.

The facility, located in Żerniki near Poznań, will become a major logistics hub supporting BESTSECRET's European e-commerce operations. The company serves customers in 27 countries through its members-only platform for premium and luxury off-price fashion.

Completed in 2021, EQT Park Poznań Żerniki will be adapted to meet BESTSECRET's operational requirements. A four-level internal mezzanine increases the property's total usable operational area to 188,000 square meters, allowing for more efficient order picking, sorting and distribution.

The logistics park sits directly beside the S11 expressway, with quick access to the A2 motorway and key transport corridors linking Poland with Western European markets. The property was designed for large-scale logistics and e-commerce operations and includes extensive loading infrastructure, truck and passenger parking, and a three-story office building.

According to EQT Real Estate, the transition between tenants was completed without any vacancy period, underscoring continued demand for modern, high-specification warehouse space in established logistics locations.

The lease further strengthens Poznań's position as one of Poland's most important logistics markets, particularly for companies serving cross-border European e-commerce.

BESTSECRET is a European online platform specializing in premium and luxury off-price fashion, operating across 27 markets. EQT Real Estate manages logistics and residential assets globally, with approximately $59 billion in gross asset value under management.
