Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) has signed three loan agreements under Poland’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO) “Digitalization Loan” instrument, worth over PLN 65 million. The beneficiaries are the cities of Białystok and Lublin, as well as the Health Care Center in Bolesławiec. Funds will support ICT infrastructure, critical system security, thousands of new computer sets for schools, and AI-based medical technologies.

BGK vice president Marta Postuła highlighted the strong demand, with applications closing after just three months, showing readiness for digital transformation in healthcare and public administration. Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski stressed that digitalization is an investment in Poland’s future, with KPO loans totaling PLN 2.8 billion available nationwide.
