Bouygues Immobilier Polska is beginning the construction of new development in the vicinity of Malta Lake. Thanks to Lune de Malta, the developer's offer in Poznań has increased and is now the second-largest in the city. The sale of apartments on the new estate has already started.

"Łacina in the New Town is considered to be the safest area of Poznań. No wonder this is where most families with children want to live. The location encourages outdoor recreation, and the proximity of attractions located near the lake itself attracts sports fans. Our new apartments will be built in this family-friendly environment – among greenery, but at the same time in a well-connected and well-serviced infrastructure district. Lune de Malta will be built next to Soleil de Malta, our first estate in this area," Adam Skóra, Branch Manager of Bouygues Immobilier Polska in Poznań, said.

The project comprises 226 apartments with areas ranging from 25-117 sqm. They range from studios to spacious 4-room apartments.

"The proximity of recreational areas by the lake is an ideal pretext to introduce this landscape element into the apartments – in the form of comfortable roof terraces, which will be accessible to the residents of apartments on the top floors of the buildings," Cezary Grabowski, sales and marketing director, added.
