Bouygues with new residential project in Poznań
Developer Bouygues Immobilier has laid the cornerstone for its Cerisier Résidence residential project in Poznań, which is one of the company’s three housing schemes in the city. The boutique development is located in the Grunwald district and will comprise 106 apartments with its completion having been scheduled for the summer of next year. Apart from Poznań, Bouygues Immobilier is also active in Warsaw and Wrocław. The company has to date completed a total of 5,500 units in 38 investments in the Polish market.
