BY MADE sells Scandinavian-style houses near Wrocław

Poles want to live in quiet suburban areas surrounding large cities. They are mainly interested in apartments with their own gardens and single-family houses in closed estates. One of them is being built by Grupa BY MADE in Księginice near Wrocław. This is HVILLE – an estate of semi-detached houses inspired by the Scandinavian style, which is very popular. The sale of the second stage has just started.
In Księginice near Wrocław, almost all houses in the HVILLE estate from the first stage have already found their owners. The developer has just made available for sale another 17 houses – the same as those already sold, i.e. 133 sqm, with a garage and a garden, equipped with heat pumps and a photovoltaic installation.
It will be possible to live in the Scandinavian estate next year. The first stage will be completed in the first quarter of 2022, and work on the continuation of the investment will continue at the same time.
"Next year, we will hand over the keys to the first tenants. Future residents will be able to live in silence and full comfort because at the same time they will be finishing works in their houses, the construction of the second stage will be underway, which is postponed by only a few months compared to the first one. All construction works with heavy equipment will be completed before the first residents move in," Ewa Skibińska, a marketing manager from BY MADE Group, assured.
A total of 34 Scandinavian-inspired houses will be built in both stages. The architecture of the estate is to refer to it not only by name.
"Scandinavian fashion is still going on. Future residents of the first stage of HVILLE like this design: a simple form, bright colors, and natural finishing materials. They also pay attention to the functional layout and intimacy of the investment," Ewa Skibińska emphasized.
