Cain International, an international investment company together with White Star Real Estate, a developer known on the real estate market of Central and Eastern Europe, have begun the construction of The Park Kraków.

The Park Kraków is a self-sufficient office campus consisting of eight class A buildings with a total area of ​​100,000 sqm. The project is located at the intersection of Kuklińskiego and Saska, in the immediate vicinity of tram and bus stops, as well as the Kraków Płaszów railway station.

As the name of the project indicates, The Park Kraków will be distinguished by a very large amount of greenery. The entire space between the buildings, with a total area of ​​3 ha, will be open to pedestrians and excluded from car traffic. It will be managed with carefully selected greenery, water elements and natural materials in accordance with the principles of biophilic design.
