Construction delays caused by the cancellation of contracts whose value has not been adjusted to the rapidly changing market conditions could result in the loss of over PLN 4.2 billion in EU funds, according to estimates of the Federation of Polish Entrepreneurs (FPP) and the Center for Legislative and Economic Analysis (CALPE). What is more, FPP and CALPE experts assess that contract cancelations, which make the overall costs of infrastructural investments go up, could result in additional costs amounting to PLN 4.7 billion.
