Jan Motz, CEO, possesses over 30 years of experience in the property sector. He oversees the preparation, design, pre-development, and execution of Capital Park Group’s unique real estate projects. He is also responsible for its business strategy and expansion into new real estate sectors. Motz founded Communication One Inc. in 1997, which included Call Center Poland S.A. – the market leader in Polish call/contact center outsourcing. In 1986–2001, he was the owner of Progressive Development Inc., a US-based construction and development company.

Kinga Nowakowska, Board Member, COO, has been with the Capital Park Group since 2007, contributing to major projects and spearheading the Norblin Factory revitalization in Warsaw since 2009. Her responsibilities include marketing, asset management, and property management. She pioneered the Office + concept, bespoke value-added solutions for tenants in all Capital Park Group projects. She also invests in diverse start-ups, including BioBazar, Poland’s first certified organic food market.

Marcin Juszczyk, Board Member, CIO/CFO, has been with Capital Park Group since its inception in 2003. Initially CFO and Head of the Investment Department, he now oversees Investment and Finance. He has participated in over 100 property transactions, securing over €1.3bn in bank financing, and raising over €130m through bonds and shares on the Polish capital market. He established strategic partnerships with PE Real Estate funds, securing equity investments of over €350m in Capital Park projects.
