Careful and ecological: a new trend in construction
Solar panels, bright roofs, rainwater harvesting and car-charging stations: these are the main ecological solutions introduced by Bouygues Immobilier in a new investment in Warsaw. The package proposed by the French developer is a perfect example of a new approach to sustainable construction.
“The needs and expectations are changing, awareness of green buildings is growing, so we responded and proposed specific things and solutions that are increasingly important for customers,” says Paweł Kozakiewicz, project manager and sustainability leader of Bouygues Immobilier Polska.
The design of the Essentiel complex, which will be built in Białołęka in Warsaw, includes the package of ecological solutions.
