CEO of Allegro enters premium real estate market with Partners International
Warsaw based luxury real estate agency Partners International has expanded rapidly after Marcin Kuśmierz became an investor. The firm opened new offices in Kraków, Poznań and Wrocław, increasing staff from 70 to 160. Demand for luxury property is rising as Polish household financial assets reached nearly PLN 3.8 trln in 2025, boosting interest in homes priced above PLN 2 mln.
The agency completed more than 700 transactions last year, including a Warsaw penthouse sale for PLN 25 mln and a villa in Marbella for EUR 12 mln. Investments in artificial intelligence helped automate tasks such as document analysis and property marketing, generating about PLN 1 mln in additional revenue. The company also plans to expand services, including insurance, interior finishing and other property related support.
