Chinese bikes at Hillwood Janki park
Jinhua JOBO Technology, a Chinese producer of electric bikes that is now entering Poland, has leased almost 2,400 sqm of warehouse space and over 170 sqm of office area at the Hillwood Janki logistics center in the Warsaw agglomeration. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland brokered the transaction representing the tenant. Hillwood Janki is located 17 kilometers south of the Polish capital’s city center. The complex offers 33,000 sqm of warehouse space.
