CKE: 87.5% of this year’s graduates pass their final exams

As many as 87.5% of this year’s high school graduates passed the secondary school-leaving exams, the Central Examination Board (CKE) announced on Wednesday, taking into account the results of the exams in May, additional exams in June and retake sessions in August.
Of this year’s comprehensive high school graduates, 91.3% passed their final exams, while just 80.9% of technical school graduates passed theirs. The overall numbers show that students failed in approximately 64% of the additional exams and retake sessions.
