Market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, Panattoni, is developing a new location. The developer has started construction of Panattoni Park Kalisz in the south-western part of the city's industrial zone. It will be the first A-class complex in the area, and its target area will be over 35,000 sqm. The investment is being developed according to the Small Business Units formula, with the smallest modules with an area of 1,380 sqm. The first customers of the park are logistics operators who will start operating in the facility in April 2021.

“We have been investing inWielkopolska for a long time, recognizing the enormous potential of the region both in the national and international context. After numerous investments in and around Poznań, Kalisz is the natural next step. The second-largest city in the voivodeship is perfectly located between the three key cities on the logistics map of Poland - Łódź, Wrocław, and Poznań, and at the same time, it lacks A-class warehouses, which Panattoni has been delivering on the Polish market for 15 years. With very good access to an employee and a wide range of investment areas, Kalisz becomes an excellent alternative to the capital of the voivodeship," Katarzyna Osińska, Development Director at Panattoni, commented.
