There is a growing need to live in a house near the city, and with it, there may be more and more single-family housing estates. The construction of one of them has just started near Bielany Wrocławskie. It is the HVILLE estate inspired by the Scandinavian style built by BY MADE, which thus extends its offer with a completely new product.
"Some people who planned to buy an apartment in the city before the pandemic are now considering buying a house with a garden near the city. We have decided that we will help them make a decision. In response to their need, we are building an estate that fits the current trend and expectations, and at the same time, it is timeless thanks to Scandinavian architecture, energy efficiency, and compact space. Poles will find what they are currently looking for," Ewa Skibińska, a marketing manager from BY MADE Group, said.
Only 34 houses were planned – semi-detached – surrounded by an elegant fence with an entrance gate. Each house is a duplex, 133 sqm in size. A garden will be adjacent to each of them. The surfaces of houses and gardens are not accidental.
“We also need more space and, of course, a private garden, which gives the opportunity to spend time outdoors with the whole family in an unhindered way. The houses are compact: they have four bedrooms upstairs, two functional bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchenette on the ground floor. It's a perfect distribution,” Ewa Skibińska added.
Each house also has a garage and an additional parking space. Another advantage is energy efficiency. The houses will be equipped with heat pumps and prepared for the installation of photovoltaic installations.
HVILLE is a combination of two words: a foreign language vile and the Polish word "will".
“Hvile should be understood as new hygge, that is the Norwegian art of rest,” Ewa Skibińska explained.
