The Jabłoniowa Aleja estate, which is under construction in Choroszcz, is entering the final phase of construction and is coming to an end. The investment of Polish Wooden Houses includes 10 two-room houses and 1 service building – all of them were made in an energy-saving, prefabricated technology using wood. The estate meets strict standards in the field of, among others thermal insulation, acoustics, or fire safety. The general contractor of the investment is Unihouse.
“Ecological and energy-saving construction has been reigning in the rich, developed countries of North-Western Europe for generations. At Unihouse, we are glad that we are more and more often chosen by domestic investors, and that the wooden construction industry is gaining even more supporters. Wood is an excellent building material, and it is also a renewable material, which allows the production of buildings with a reduced carbon footprint. Our clients are already starting to pay attention to what Unihouse has been saying for years. The amount of the entire investment is not only the construction amount but also the implementation time and the total cost of operating the facility,” Roman Jakubowski, Member of the Management Board of Unihouse, said.
The commissioning of the entire investment is planned for the third quarter of this year.
