Construction of prestigious Centerville almost ready: Wrocław
Works on the main part of the facade of the Centerville apartment building in the Nadodrze district of Wrocław have just finished. From the outside, the building is actually ready, and inside is undergoing intensive finishing works.
"We have completed this stage of work. We have created a building respecting the place where it stands and its immediate surroundings," Łukasz Paryś, director of the Wrocław branch of Bouygues Immobilier Polska, said.
The 5-storey building with a mezzanine will contain a total of 69 apartments ranging in size from 31-142 sqm, 10 commercial premises, and a spacious underground garage. Apartment prices start from PLN 9,350 per sqm. Over half of the flats and premises have already found new owners.
The planned completion date of the construction and obtaining the occupancy permit is the second quarter of 2020.
Centerville is one of six Bouygues Immobilier investments in Wrocław.
