Construction of VRE Janki logistics park begins in Sokołów
Construction has begun on VRE Janki, a modern logistics park in Sokołów near Warsaw, developed by Value Real Estate in cooperation with Hines and Kajima Poland. Kajima Poland is the general contractor. The project is intended to strengthen warehouse capacity in the Warsaw metropolitan area and attract new tenants.
The scheme will include a modern warehouse hall of about 30,000 sqm, scheduled for completion in Q1 2027. It is expected to receive BREEAM Excellent certification and will feature employee relaxation zones, electric vehicle charging stations, and rooftop photovoltaic panels.
Located on Sąsiedzka Street, the park offers direct access to the S8 and S7 expressways and is close to the A2 motorway, supporting efficient logistics operations.
