Cordia launches Warsaw residential project
Developer Cordia Polska, part of the international Futureal group, has launched sales of apartments in and started construction work on its Horyzont Praga residential project in Warsaw. The 17-story scheme will be located in the Praga Południe district of the city and will comprise 164 housing units with its completion having been scheduled for the third quarter of 2021. Cordia Polska is currently active in Kraków and Warsaw. The company is planning expansion into other large Polish cities.
