Cordia to expand into more Polish cities
Developer Cordia, which has to date completed four residential projects in Kraków and Warsaw and is now working on three new housing schemes in those cities, plans to debut in the Tri-city market next year. The company has revealed it has secured sites for two developments in the agglomeration (in Gdańsk and Sopot), which will comprise a total of 21,500 sqm of usable space. The developer is now also looking for plots in Wrocław and Poznań. Cordia is part of the international Futureal group and entered Poland in 2014.
