Five employees of Poczta Polska, against whom the Prosecutor’s Office has leveled corruption charges, are about to be fired, according to Puls Biznesu daily. On June 11, the CBA detained employees including Magdalena P., deputy director of the management office, and Elżbieta Z., an expert in the IT and telecommunications department. Prosecutors suspect the detained employees of accepting bribes in return for awarding IT contracts. The newspaper wrote that Elżbieta Ż. in the past had numerous connections with Cron, the main shareholder of IT company Sygnity.
