CTP plans to continue its rapid expansion in Poland after surpassing 1 million square meters of warehouse space in the country last year. The company’s long-term goal is to reach 3 million square meters, with annual construction targets of 300,000 to 500,000 square meters.

CTP is developing both large logistics hubs and smaller urban business parks under the CTPark brand. New investments are planned near Warsaw, including parks in Janki and Wiskitki, as well as a mixed-use logistics park in Poznań offering around 54,000 square meters of space. The Poznań project will focus on Small Business Units (SBU) designed for growing small and medium-sized companies.

The developer has also launched a 30,000-square-meter industrial project in Legnica and plans further investments in Gdańsk, Kraków, Szczecin, and Wrocław. CTP says its strategy focuses on securing attractive land and allowing tenants to expand within the same logistics parks instead of relocating.
