CTP, active in 11 countries with over 14 mln m² of space, is continuing rapid expansion in Poland after surpassing 1 mln m² in 2025. The company targets around 1.5 mln m² and aims to increase its share in new lease agreements.

Despite a weaker European economy, Poland remains attractive for logistics and manufacturing investments. Demand is shifting toward sectors like beauty, pharmaceuticals, and pet products, while companies consolidate operations and use automation and AI to reduce space needs and improve efficiency.

CTP is adapting by offering flexible, scalable buildings suited for both production and logistics. At the same time, competition for workers is changing, with job quality, location, and amenities becoming more important than pay.
