CTPark Warsaw North, located near Warsaw, obtained the occupancy permit. The first tenant to move in will be a company from the HVAC sector. The warehouse park, situated in Czosnów, is strategically located in terms of transportation. The main axis of the municipality is the E7 route, connecting southern and northern parts of Poland, along which an increasing number of local and international manufacturing and industrial companies operate.

The building, located just 16 kilometers from the northern border of Warsaw, has a total area of over 64,000 sqm. CTPark Warsaw North is a warehouse with a storage height of up to 10 meters, featuring roofs prepared for photovoltaic installations. The investment also provides electric vehicle chargers, spacious maneuvering areas, parking spaces, and green areas surrounding the building.

"We have delivered a business park that will serve as a logistics hub for Warsaw from the Gdańsk side. Its location in Czosnów is crucial due to the well-developed road infrastructure. We are actively seeking similar locations for further development throughout Poland," Daniel Soboń, Leasing Manager at CTP Poland, explained.
