Czech-based defense group CSG has signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Polish company DOMAR MS through its subsidiary CSG Polska. The firm produces cable harnesses, electrical systems, and components used in defense, aviation, and specialized applications. The deal is expected to close within 6–8 weeks, with the value undisclosed.

The acquisition marks CSG’s first investment in Poland and aims to strengthen its role in the European defense supply chain. DOMAR MS will continue operating locally while gaining access to international markets. CSG also plans to expand production and increase employment from 220 to around 300 workers, supporting growth in the rapidly expanding defense sector.
