Decora plans to build production and warehouse for PLN 170 mln net
Decora has decided to proceed with the construction of a production and warehouse hall with an area of approximately 30,000 square meters, together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure and equipment, as well as the purchase of machinery and devices, the company announced. The total estimated value of the investment is up to about PLN 170 million net.
“The objective of the investment is to increase the company’s production capacity in SPC technology by up to 5 million square meters per year. The project will be carried out on properties already owned by the company,” the statement reads.
The management estimates the total value of the investment at a maximum of PLN 170 million net. The project will be financed partly from the company’s own funds and partly through bank financing, which Decora intends to obtain. The company plans to start construction in the first quarter of 2026.
Decora’s product range includes flooring and all related accessories, such as underlays, skirting boards, and floor profiles manufactured in its own local facilities. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2005.
