Dekpol has accepted customers’ requests to terminate 67 preliminary sale and reservation agreements for its Oval Sky project in Warsaw. The city refused to certify the units as legally independent premises, arguing that the 10-story building, developed under a hotel permit, functions as a guesthouse. Dekpol disputes the decision. Because the appeal is taking longer than expected, the company cannot continue sales or hand over units.

It lowered its 2026 development-segment sales target from PLN 350 mln to PLN 247 mln and expects about 454 units to be recognized in its financial results, down from 550. Its target for units covered by reservation, development, and preliminary agreements fell from 670 to 555.
