Delta Trans leases Hillwood’s space in Silesia
Logistics company Delta Trans has leased 7,100 sqm of warehouse and office space at the Hillwood Ruda Śląska park in Silesia. Cresa represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Located close to a road linking the Silesian cities of Katowice and Gliwice, Hillwood Ruda Śląska offers more than 63,000 sqm of leasable area.
